Welcome to ABIZ Watches. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Business Ownership & IP Protection

  • This website is owned and operated by ABIZ Watches. All product designs, images, graphics, and text content displayed on this platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Order Verification & Pricing

  • Price Accuracy: In the event that a watch is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

  • Verification Call/Message: Before dispatching any order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS to verify your shipping address. Unverified orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Pre-Shipping Video Proof

  • Pre-Shipping Quality Proof: To maintain 100% honesty and transparency, we record a live video of your exact watch, checking its functionality, packaging it, and showing your shipping label details before handover to the courier. This video proof is shared with you via WhatsApp.

  • No Open Parcel Policy: In accordance with Leopard Courier regulations, Open Parcel Checking is strictly prohibited at the time of delivery. The courier rider will only hand over the parcel after collecting the full Cash on Delivery (COD) amount.

  • Fraud Prevention & Claims: Since a verified video proof of your order is sent prior to shipping, claims regarding "missing items" or "wrong products inside the box" will not be entertained. To claim any shipping damage, the customer must provide a single, continuous, unedited video recording of themselves opening the sealed courier flyer.

  • Refusal of Delivery: Placing a COD order constitutes a legal intent to purchase. If a customer refuses to accept a verified parcel upon delivery without a valid reason, they will be permanently blacklisted from our store and shipping network.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • ABIZ Watches shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or accidental damages resulting from the wear, misuse, or external damage (such as glass breakage) of our timepieces after delivery.

  • Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the actual purchase price of the specific product paid by the customer.

5. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local e-commerce, consumer protection, and digital trade laws of Pakistan.
