Thank you for shopping at our store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or a replacement for your timepiece.

  • To be eligible, the watch must be completely unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it, including its original box and packaging.

2. Warranty & Guarantee Coverage

  • What is Covered: We provide a strict guarantee exclusively covering the internal mechanism (watch movement/power failure). If the watch stops working or exhibits mechanical defects within the 7-day window, it qualifies for a replacement or return.

  • What is NOT Covered: This guarantee does not cover any form of physical or accidental damage. We explicitly do NOT cover glass/crystal breakage, scratches, or strap wear-and-tear incurred after delivery.

3. Refund Deductions & Shipping Costs

  • Product Cost Refund Only: Refunds are issued solely for the original cost of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Free Shipping Deduction: If your order was processed under a "Free Shipping" promotion, a fixed deduction of PKR 350 will be subtracted from your total refund amount to cover our outbound courier expenses.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for safely dispatching the parcel back to our fulfillment center at their own shipping expense.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please message our customer support team directly via WhatsApp or Instagram with your Order ID and a clear video demonstrating the mechanical issue.
