Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days after the order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping nationwide on all orders. (Note: A fee of PKR 350 is deducted in case of customer-initiated returns as per our Refund Policy).

3. Video Proof & Parcel Safety (No Open Parcel)

  • Pre-Shipping Video Proof: To guarantee 100% transparency, we record a detailed video of your exact watch, packaging, and shipping label with your details before dispatching it. This video will be sent to you on WhatsApp as proof of quality and content.

  • Sealed Delivery: Due to courier company regulations, Open Parcel Checking is NOT allowed at the time of delivery. The courier rider is legally bound to hand over the parcel only after collecting the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Fraud Protection

  • Refusal of Delivery: Ordering via Cash on Delivery (COD) is a legally binding contract. If a customer refuses a parcel upon delivery without a valid reason, they will be blacklisted from our network.

  • Post-Delivery Claims: Since a pre-shipping video proof of your product is sent to you before dispatch, claims regarding missing items or completely different items inside the box after receiving the parcel will not be entertained, unless a continuous, unedited video of you opening the sealed courier flyer is provided.
